The “Barbara Di Davide” trademark is registered and is the exclusive property of Barbara Di Davide – “i Cashmere” srl. Any unauthorised use is prohibited and legally actionable.

3) Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites over which Barbara Di Davide – “i Cashmere” srl has no control. We are not responsible for the content or terms of use of such external sites.

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

Products are sold directly by Barbara Di Davide – “i Cashmere” srl through the website bddmilano.com.

1) Purchase procedure

Purchases are made by completing the online order form. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted the General Terms of Sale, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Shipping section.

The contract is concluded only upon confirmation by the Seller. If products are unavailable, you will be informed promptly and refunded within 10 days.

2) Prices and payments

Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. Payment methods are specified during the ordering process. Credit card details are processed using certified security systems.

3) Shipping and delivery

4) Warranties

The products sold are original and meet the stated quality standards. They are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code: if you find a defect, email simone@bddmilano.com.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without any penalty within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

How to withdraw:

  • Send a request by email to simone@bddmilano.com specifying the products you wish to return;
  • The goods must be intact, unused and with their original tags;
  • The goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying your withdrawal;
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We refund the amount paid to the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we may wait until we have received the goods, or proof that they have been shipped, before issuing the refund. Full details are in our returns and refunds policy.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction; in all other cases, the Court of Milan has jurisdiction.
