Shipping
We ship to Italy, the European Union and a selection of non-EU countries. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Costs and delivery times
- Italy: free standard shipping on all orders, delivered in 1–3 business days. Express shipping: €20.
- European Union: €20, free on orders from €200. Delivered in 3–5 business days.
- Non-EU countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand): €50, free on orders from €300. Delivered in 5–7 business days, subject to customs clearance.

Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Failed delivery
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will try again or leave a notice with collection instructions. If the parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, the cost of shipping it again is paid by the customer.
Duties and taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, any local duties and taxes are paid by the recipient and may be requested by the courier before delivery.
